Ubisoft has just released a new trailer for its upcoming game, Child of Light which focuses on the title’s co-op aspect.

The game is about a girl named Aurora who is transported to another realm called Lemuria. She and her companion Igniculus team up in order to return the Sun, Moon and Stars to the sky. A second player can control the ball of light and help Aurora find secrets hidden throughout the levels and to fight enemies.

This game runs on the UbiArt Framework engine which also powers Ubisoft’s Rayman Legends and the upcoming Valiant Hearts: The Great War. The game is a mix of side scroller and RPG. It has beautifully rendered levels which have many secrets and a battle system which is inspired by Final Fantasy‘s Active Time Battle system.

Child of Light will be available to download for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on April 30th.
