Fruitbat Factory launched a KickStarter campaign for the Studio Beast developed visual novel Chuusotsu - 1st Graduation, coming to PC.

The campaign has a goal set for $20,000 to assist Fruitbat Factory with the localization costs as well as to allow the developer to further improve the visual novel. Currently, the publisher has already begun the localization process and plans to launch the game in 2017.

The publisher details the game's premise:

Under the P3 law enacted under the Global People's Federation, citizens are ranked according to the Authorization Seals issued by the world government.

As spring arrives, the manga lover Marisugawa Arue, set back by a long-lasting illness, finds herself having to live her life as a "chuusotsu" - a person with no education beyond middle school.

The chuusotsu are not in possession of any Seals, and are considered to be failures at life. As such, their Authorized Power level is only 5 - young Arue's future is already looking mighty bleak.

The MSRP for Chuusotsu - 1st Graduation will be $19.99 at launch, but a pledge of $15 dollars will grant backers a digital copy of the game. Other physical rewards are offered at higher tiers and include, posters, wall scrolls, and body pillows.

Additional stretch goals are revealed up until $24k that will add two additional CG scenes to the game.
