Koei Tecmo America could make an announcement soon. If it happens, this would be the first time Ciel nosurge gets localized.

The magazine releases on Thursday, October 8 at midnight JST. The magazine will include comments from Surge Concerto Series Director/Producer Akira Tsuchiya.
