Earlier this month developer Colossal Order and publisher Paradox Interactive announced that Cities: Skylines had sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide, as of it's 2-year anniversary. To celebrate this achievement, the pair announced that the game would receive some free DLC, titled Pearls From the East. Today, Paradox Interactive announced that said DLC is out and available to everyone.
The following overview of Pearls From the East is provided:
Pearls from the East will bring a splash of style to your city, inspired by Chinese architecture and design! Give your residents some new attractions (and pandas!) to visit with three original buildings, each ready to become a unique part of your skyline.
The DLC will include:
- Shanghai Pearl Tower
- Panda Zoo
- Chinese Temple
Cities: Skylines is available for $29.99 USD on PC, Mac, and Linux. It is also scheduled to arrive on Xbox One sometime during Q2 2017.
