So, when it comes to completing your clan duties, Supercell has some offers in Clan Games. Complete a number of challenges and receive in-game rewards in Clash of Clans while ranking higher among other clan-mates.

If you are a weak member of the clan and you can participate in clan wars effectively, the lower-tier challenges of the Clan Games are your best chance to increase your medals and gather some resources.
What is Clan Games?
Introduced back in 2017, the Clan Games feature delivers a number of challenges exclusively for clans. The challenges are available for all members of a clan and the more you participate in completing the challenge, the more your rank in the clan will raise.
Once a clan completes the first set of challenges, new ones will be recommended by Clan Wars until you receive all the rewards. Keep in mind that you should have Town Hall 6, at least, to be able to see the Clan Games section.

As you can see, there are six different tiers of rewards that you can start to unlock as of now until the end of the current week. The higher tier rewards require completing higher tier challenges as well. So, you'd better share challenges wisely in your clan.
