Clash of Clans players have a new update to download, however, this is an optional patch, which means there will be no downtime or backend maintenance.

According to an official post by Supercell, the new update for Clash of Clans is now live in Google Store and App Store, and the patch aims to fix a number of UI bugs as well as some issues that may cause a crash while playing the game.

Moreover, today's patch fixes an annoying bug where the Clan page appears on the screen when you clock on the Builder menu in Capital map.

Overall, we suggest you get the latest update of the game for the smoothest experience, but at the end of the day, it is your call. Here, you can check out the full patch notes for the optional update of today.
