In a recent tweet, Cliff Bleszinski revealed that Hideo Kojima offered to bring him on to help create Silent Hills with him out of Los Angeles before the cancellation by Konami. Bleszinski declined the offer because he does not like LA, wanted to create a new IP (with Lawbreakers), and would have “fucked upSilent Hills.

Cliff Bleszinski is most recent creator to speak out about the now defunct Silent Hills game from Konami. Director Guillermo del Toro was set to help with the game, starring Norman Reedus, and feature the art of a famed Japanese horror artist.
