Clownfield 2042 challenges Battlefield 2042 on the first day of launch by getting "Very Posistive" reviews from players on Steam. After all, it delivers what it had promised!

Battlefield 2042 didn't turn into the game that most of the fans wanted to get from DICE in 2021. The game changed some of the core features of the series and replaced them with new ideas, which were not welcoming for a big part of the community.

Other than that, the game launched with some serious technical issues at launch, and although a major part of the bugs was fixed in less than a month after release, it still didn't help fans to calm down.

Battlefield 2042 still deals with "Mostly Negative" reviews on Steam, which made it one of the worst-rated games of 2021 on the platform.

Now, a talented indie team has created a parody of Battlefield 2042 known as Clownfield 2042, which is now live!

Clownfield 2042 Seems to Be Exactly What It Was Meant to Be

Clownfield 2042 mocks the overall gameplay of Battlefield 2042, where you have those famous weather effects like tornados and the franchise's iconic destruction of the environment, but they have all been implemented in a funny and clunky way. After all, it's a parody!

Also, the game features some bugs that will never be fixed, according to the developers! Oh, and you have the overpowered Hovercrafts in Clownfield 2042 as well! Not to mention that this masterpiece does have a real scoreboard!

Clownfield 2042 is now available on Steam for less than $1, and players seem to be pretty happy with the game as it has received "Very Positive" reviews so far from nearly 400 gamers.

If you are a Battlefield fan, you might want to spare a few hours for Clownfield 2042. Who knows, maybe you enjoyed it more than Battlefield 2042 itself!
