Bandai Namco’s Code Vein Reveals its Platforms: PS4 and PC Alongside Xbox One

Today, following Microsoft’s E3 2017 press briefing, where Code Vein has been announced for Xbox One, Bandai Namco followed up with a press release revealing the rest of the platforms.

Code Vein will be released for PS4, Xbox One and PC in 2018. This completes the scenario, that was originally announced a few weeks ago without any mention of platforms.

In Code Vein, players play the role of a Revenant, basically a vampire that has given up part of his or her humanity in order to survive in a post-apocalyptic world that has been destroyed by the “thorn of judgement.”

A Revenant needs to consistently drink blood, or lose his humanity completely and become a “Lost,” basically a soulless monster.

The game will prompt players to visit diverse environments and dungeons, fighting monsters and bosses alongside a companion character driven by the AI, that can be chosen among several options.

Alongside the press release, we received the box art, a batch of screenshots, and the latest trailer, that you can check out below.

If you want to see more of Code Vein, you can check out the first gameplay trailer, alongside the original reveal of the game.
