Why Have Custom Classes Been Reset?

It looks like only certain players are experiencing their custom classes being reset. According to Treyarch, players who logged in after approximately 10PM PT / 1AM ET / 6AM BST should be unaffected. Anyone that logged in before this time, is likely to have experienced their custom classes being reset in Cold War.

Treyarch didn't give an exact reason for why this was happening to players, but it's likely to just be an annoying bug.

After all, it is rare for a big update to be deployed to a game such as Call of Duty and there not be a single glitch or bug found.

When Will They Be Fixed?

So, is there any way to fix the annoying class bug? Well, even though Treyarch has addressed the situation, they haven't stated a fix would be incoming.

If you logged in before the aforementioned times above, the only solution is to restart your game and recreate all of your custom classes again. This is coming directly from Treyarch, so it looks like there's no other way around it.

Time to remember how you had all of those AUG and MAC-10 loadouts!
