Nippon Ichi Software launched a new trailer for their dungeon crawling RPG, Coven and Labyrinth of Refrain, coming to PlayStation 4 on September 28 in Japan.

The trailer details the various character classes that players will be able to choose from during the game. The characters can be grouped together into small parties to launch a joint attack at enemies. The game's battle system features the expected first person perspective, where players control their party members as attacks are launched without character animations.

The PlayStation 4 version of the game is a simple port of the PlayStation Vita version of the game. However, the visuals for the character classes and illustrations have been improved. Additionally, the game lets you choose which of three visual gameplay types the player would like to play the game as.

The game is set in the town of Refrain where a cursed underground labyrinth threatens all who enter. However, a witch gathers volunteers to enter the labyrinth and defeat whatever they encounter. The player must then partner up with the witch in order to take on hordes of enemies and put a stop to the curse.

Coven and Labyrinth of Refrain originally launched on PlayStation Vita in June 2016 in Japan. No western release date has been given at this time.
