Crackdown 3 Gets New Explosive Gameplay at Microsoft's E3 2018 Press Conference

While Crackdown 3 won't come in 2018 as initially promised, it still looks explosive in a brand new video showcased today at E3 2018.

Today Xbox is hosting its E3 2018 press briefing from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, and we got a new gameplay reveal for Crackdown 3.

The video showcases gameplay, and it looked really sweet. Starring Terry Crews, we get to see vehicular gameplay and a ton of destruction.

Looks like Sumo Digital and the other studios involved are putting those several months of additional development time to good use, even if the game will have to contend with a rather crowded release window.

It’ll be interesting to see if Crackdown 3 will be able to hold its own, perhaps helped by the fact that it’ll be part of the Xbox Game Pass lineup.

Back in August 2017 the game was delayed one first time to spring 2018, while a demo has been playable at various shows. The game has recently been delayed again to February 2019.

Of course, this is just one of the many reveals from today’s Xbox press briefing. You can check out everything else in the livestream directly from Microsoft.
