Some delightful news for our Managing Editor, the number one Crash Bandicoot fan here at DualShockers, as it's been revealed that the upcoming Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time will apparently come with over 100 levels, along with other features. Whoa.Twitter user Broski, (Thanks IGN) shared a GameStop email, of which the images were originally sourced by StrawHatRy shared in a Discord. The email reveals more details about the upcoming game developed by Toys for Bob. Players should be able to expect the game to be arriving as an all-new sequel with over 100 levels, and will also include new game modes, as well as abilities for "innovative gameplay."

As noted by IGN, the 1998 classic, Crash Bandicoot: Warped only contained 32 levels, and that's including bosses and secrets. That's certainly quite an increase.

There also seems to be additional purchases heading to Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time post-launch as the Microsoft Store page shows the price with a + symbol. This suggests there's a possibility of some type of microtransactions. We've seen the last Crash game —the racing one developed by Beenox— from Activision include microtransactions, so it wouldn't be at all surprising.

If you pre-order the game digitally, you'll unlock the Totally Tubular Skins for Crash and Coco when it's launched, so perhaps we'll be seeing additional skins become available for purchase down the line.

If you're excited for the all-new Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, you can expect it to land on October 2 for Xbox One, and PS4.
