Ahead of its impending arrival next month, Activision today announced an all-new feature that will be arriving in the upcoming racing game Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

For the first time ever in Crash Team Racing, you'll now be able to customize your playable characters in the game. This customization allows you to toy around with not only the look of your kart like in Mario Kart, but you can also change the appearance of any character that you choose to play as, too. So if you have always dreamed of driving a car with a version of Crash Bandicoot that is wearing a ten-gallon hat and donning buck teeth, then hey, it's your lucky day.

On the kart front, you'll be able to swap out nearly everything you can imagine. Wheels, stickers, kart bodies, decals, and paint jobs will all be able to be customized in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. Activision has said that the way you will be able to get new customizable options will be to play the game's adventure mode. In addition, you can collect Wumpa Coins in the game to then go purchase new customization items in the Pit Stop area of CTR.

Below is a new trailer that Activision released to show off some of the customizable options that are at your disposal. Check it out if you want to get a better idea of just how crazy you can make yourself look in-game.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is set to launch next month on June 21 for PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
