Many gamers may have missed The Testament of Sherlock Holmes when it came out last September, but that isn't publishers Focus Home Interactive and Atlus from trying to win you over still, with a "Critics Trailer" to show you how awesome the game is supposed to be.

Developed by Frogwares, Testament is a mystery game where Holmes has to clear his name after being framed for both theft and murder. Now all of London--including Watson--are questioning Holmes' motives and their trust in his character.

Testament is an open world where players can investigate, inspect, re-enact crimes, and use the game's "deduction system"to make decisions on who is innocent or guilty. As Holmes is led through a series of increasingly violent situations, players will also take over the role of Watson, who has to discern whether Holmes' is truly capable of the brutal crimes Holmes is connected to or if there is a larger conspiracy at play.

The Testament of Sherlock Holmes came out in Sept. 2012 to the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The trailer below doesn't show any gameplay footage, but for more information (and more videos), check out Frogwares' Holmes website, and as always, stay tuned to DualShockers.
