Crossfire, one of the most popular first-person shooters in Eastern Asia, is now branching out into the RTS genre with a brand new installment. Let's have a look at all the launch details of Crossfire Legion as its release time is just over 24 hours away.

The success of Crossfire in the Eastern Asian countries might not be noticeable for western gamers, but with the increased presence of the franchise in the markets across the world, now more gamers know about Crossfire.

Earlier this year, Smilegate launched Crossfire X on Xbox consoles, delivering the core Crossfire experience with a story-driven campaign and modernized gameplay to consoles.

Now, with Crossfire Legion, Smilegate is trying out something different in the same universe. Legion will be the first-ever RTS game in the Crossfire franchise, launching in Early Access as soon as tomorrow and targeting a full release later in 2022.

Crossfire Legion Release Date and Time

Crossfire Legion will be available on May 24 in western regions, while the Eastern Asian and Oceania gamers will receive access in the early hours of May 25. Below, you can check out the release time for each major region.

  • North America: May 24 at 8 am PT/11 am ET
  • Europe: May 24 at 3 pm UTC/4 pm BST/5 pm CEST
  • Australia and New Zealand: May 25 at 1 am AEST/3 am NZST

Crossfire Legion will only be available on PC through Steam.

Crossfire Legion Price

The game will be priced at $29.99/£23.99 at launch. There is no pre-order available, which means you can purchase and play it right after launch.

Despite releasing in Early Access, the core features of the game are already available in Crossfire Legion at launch, but the developers are planning to add more new maps and units until the full release. Also, the game will receive more bug fixes, balance changes, and gameplay tweaks during the Early Access period.
