Cuphead's DLC, The Delicious Last Course is due to release later this month, and there are some interesting Easter Eggs players can look forward to.

Released back in 2017, Cuphead quickly grabbed the attention of many for its 90's art style coupled with some notoriously difficult gameplay. In fact, one of the hilarious incidents back in the day involved the player being unable to complete even the tutorial part of the game. All that memes aside, the mechanics of the game was widely acclaimed by fans and critics alike, and fans were eagerly waiting for what was next in the franchise. After a number of delays, the expansion for Cuphead is all set to release on June 30th.

Dualshockers got a chance to sit down with the team behind Cuphead, and while the complete interview is still a while away, there are some interesting details that have been revealed in the interview. It is added that Cuphead's DLC will be following the footsteps of the main game, and it will be filled with a plethora of Easter Eggs. What's more noteworthy is the fact that according to the developers, the main game still has Easter Eggs which have not been discovered yet. When one considers the fact that the game has been out for about 5 years now, one'd realize the very significance of it.

If you are wondering what kind of Easter Egg we can expect in the DLC, it is stated that it will be similar to the previous ones, which will be comprised of various homages. In the main game, we saw Easter Eggs related to Street Fighter, Dragon Quest, and a lot of other games. It will be interesting to see what the developers has in store for the DLC.
