Cyberpunk 2077 Fan Channels Superstar Energy With Blue Moon Cosplay
Cosplayer Anna Shakhovskaya transforms herself into the bright and bubbly Blue Moon, one of Cyberpunk 2077‘s girl group stars.
CD Projekt RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 received a massive update yesterday, making improvements to graphics, enemy AI, weaponry, and romance paths for next-gen consoles. Now, the RPG shines, its characters bursting with more life than ever.
Since its original launch in November 2020, one of Cyberpunk 2077’s biggest draws was its characters. Fans loved Judy, Panam Palmer, Blue Moon, and, of course, Keanu Reeves’ Johnny Silverhand. While Cyberpunk had its initial launch issues, these characters made the game feel like a tangible world with serious conflicts.
Though, one Cyberpunk 2077 fan, Anna Shakh, brought one of these characters from video game to real life. Capturing the character’s fun neon aesthetic, Shakh created a gorgeous Blue Moon cosplay worthy of singing the praises of.
ANNA SHAKHOVSKAYA‘S DAZZLING CYBERPUNK 2077 BLUE MOON COSPLAY
Bright and bubbly, cosplayer Anna Shakh (full name Anna Shakhovskaya) perfectly captures Blue Moon’s playful attitude and neo-tech aesthetic. Crafting the outfit herself, Shakhovskaya put together an iconic blue-and-pink outfit that mixes synthetic fabrics with natural ones. Following that, she found Blue Moon-esque chunky orange accessories to complete the full look.
Further, Andrey Modey’s photography is stunning. Shot with an expert eye, he ensures that the colors of Shakhovskaya’s cosplay pop in each environment. The huge stage and dressing room settings really make her appear like a real-life girl group idol!
Shakhovskaya also made sure to include the character’s exotic optic cyberwar. The bright ice-blue eyes and framing black marks look even cooler in real life, adding a touch of tech-based coolness to the cute look. Overall, she truly emulates Blue Moon’s fun bubbly energy!
In the game, Blue Moon is an NPC celebrity who is a member of the fictional Japanese girl group Us Cracks. Channeling the loud energy of the “lazrpop” genre, Us Cracks became massively successful within the world of the game.
Shakhovskaya also created a Panam Palmer cosplay, capturing a completely different energy for this character. Posing with a car reminiscent of Panam’s Thorton Colby C210 Camper, she looks every bit the bold nomad. Overall, it’s incredible how Shakh is able to slip into the roles of two vastly different characters, going from sweet and charismatic to tough and alluring.
All in all, the Cyberpunk 2077 update is now live on Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, Google Stadia, and PC.
