The official Twitter account for CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 teased an upcoming event for June 11. A mysterious tweet teasing the date and nothing else was shared today:

Geoff Keighley, via a quote retweet, also teased this Cyberpunk 2077  June 11 event will be related to the upcoming Summer Game Festival event:

Seeing the current state of the world, this June 11 event will be what Cyberpunk 2077 gets this summer in place of an appearance at the now canceled E3 2020. This might be the final big event where we'll get to learn new stuff about Cyberpunk 2077 ahead of its September launch. We'll be sure to cover whatever gets revealed then so yeah stay tuned and all that.

Personally speaking, seeing GET READY in all caps like that immediately makes me think of Space Harrier and then Space Adventure Cobra, but I guess that's not what this is referencing, is it. I wouldn't be surprised though if Cyberpunk 2077 does include a Cobra reference somewhere. I'd also add I was pretty interested in Cyberpunk 2077 until the game was confirmed to be in 1st person. This isn't my kind of stuff, until PC mods can change that.  Anyway that's just my opinion.

Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled to launch on September 17 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. A few days ago, we got a taste of how violent the game can be through its rating specifications. A Cyberpunk-themed Xbox One X was also announced, and I assume only americans will buy it. I miss the early days of Xbox with room space jokes on the net. Last but not least, Cyberpunk 2077 has been confirmed to have at least 2 big DLC expansions in the long run, similarly to what CD Projekt did with The Witcher 3.
