Cyberpunk 2077 is still about 10 months away from launch but to hold fans over until that time, CD Projekt Red has today given PS4 users something to make the wait a bit easier.

Available as of today on the PlayStation Store, CD Projekt Red released a new theme for PS4 consoles that is Cyberpunk 2077 themed. The theme isn't too flashy and mainly just contains the game's bright yellow key art featuring the male version of the protagonist V. Best of all though, this theme is currently free for everyone. Head over to the PlayStation Store if you'd like to pick it up yourself.

I actually ended up downloading the theme myself while writing up this story and I have to say, it's a pretty solid one -- especially considering it's free. Some of the icons tend to blend in with the background more than I'd like but the sound effects and music included are all pretty great. Again, it's a free theme so I really can't complain too much. Besides, I'm just going to end up switching back to my Persona 5 theme within the next 10 minutes anyway.

You can check out the Twitter video below if you want to get an idea of how the theme actually looks. Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release next year on April 16, 2020, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you'd like to read more of our thoughts on the game, you can check out our recent preview right here.
