Cyberpunk 2077 Toilets Give Strong “Wipe The F*** Up, Samurai” Vibes

CD Project Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 has had its name plastered over a fair deal of things to promote its upcoming launch. We’ve seen branded graphic cards, a custom Xbox One X console, an Arctis 1 Cyberpunk Edition wireless headset, and more. And in what is just a bit of fun, an unofficial Cyberpunk 2077 fan account has shared a mock-up from a Reddit user of what a toilet would look like with the game’s branding dumped on it.

“Would you get a Cyberpunk 2077 toilet?” the question is asked by the fan account, and with it, two versions are shared. The original image coming from Reddit user PlasticBamboo, complete with the usual yellow border overlay we’ve grown used to seeing from all the announcements and reveals. The toilets are shown in two styles as you can see embedded below.

Take a sh*t like a real Netrunner from r/cyberpunkgame

One of them is yellow, with the Cyberpunk 2077 logo on the underside of the toilet seat. It also has a few cyan bits slightly protruding out of it to give it that extra plop. Sorry, pop. The other toilet is a black one, however focused more on promoting the in-game band Samurai which is fronted by Keanu Reeves’ character, Johnny Silverhand. The top of the toilet seat shows off the band’s emblem with both the game’s logo and the band’s logo on the rest of the toilet.

Obviously, these are all fake and not really available for pre-order. But it does beg the question, would you actually purchase one of these toilets? Would they come with a robo-bidet? Would it play punk music when you flush? There are lots of possibilities, and it’s certainly a fun mockup. But if Xbox can have a fridge, why can’t CD Projekt Red have an actual toilet?

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to launch on December 10, 2020, for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X / S, PS5, and PC.
