Marvelous and Nintendo's Daemon X Machina made a splash in E3 2018 with an unexpected, intense, and metal-infused trailer. Part of Nintendo's Gamescom 2018 lineup, the mech game from Kenichiro Tsukuda of Armored Core fame is back for a second round with a new trailer.

Daemon X Machina has players take control of an Arsenal, a fully customizable powered suit. With their arsenal, players will engage in fast-paced gameplay through several missions, which will have them battle enemies using a variety of weapons, scavenging materials and weapons from downed Arsenals, and changing their weapons and strategies during ever-changing scenarios.

Tsukuda and Marvelous have the goal of making Daemon X Machina "the best mech action game" out there, and a new trailer (seen below) attempts to make a case for that. It's flashy, extreme, and demanding of your attention. Expect the Nintendo Switch-exclusive game to release sometime in 2019. Meanwhile, check out some gameplay from E3 here.
