This year marks the 10th anniversary of Spike Chunsoft's Danganronpa series and to celebrate this milestone, the developer is soon set to bring three of the franchise's most notable entries to new platforms.Announced over on Twitter today, Spike Chunsoft unveiled that the Danganronpa trilogy is soon set to come to mobile devices. This lineup includes Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony which are the three titles that make up the mainline Danganronpa series. Previously, these three games were revealed to be releasing on mobile platforms in Japan, but we'll now be getting them all here in the west, too.

As of now, Spike Chunsoft hasn't specified when these Danganronpa games will be heading to mobile platforms or what devices they might be appearing on first. That said, releases on both iOS and Android platforms do seem to be in the cards.

Perhaps most interestingly, Spike also mentioned that this announcement is simply meant to "kick off the 10th anniversary of Danganronpa." The wording makes it sound as though more reveals related to the franchise could be coming out in the future. While this remains to be seen, it's worth crossing your fingers if you've been holding out hope for a new installment in the franchise.

We'll keep you posted when Spike Chunsoft shares more information about these Danganronpa mobile ports in addition to any other news that might be coming about during the series' 10th anniversary.
