Ever since Darwin Project was announced at Microsoft's E3 2017 Press Conference, developer Scavengers Studio has held quite a few Alphas and Betas for the game. Today, they announced that the second and final Open Beta for Darwin Project on PC before the game hits Early Access on PC and Xbox Game Preview on Xbox One has kicked off, and will run through early next week.

The Open Beta is currently set to run from today until 9am PT on Monday, February 26. This Open Beta also will give players access to quite a few new features. The new Spectator Interactions, which work on both Twitch and Mixer, let viewers weigh in on what the Show Director should do to players during a match.

Outside of that, private matches and Show Director ratings have also been added to Darwin Project. While the game's Open Beta is running throughout the weekend, Scavengers Studio also reaffirmed that the game will be arriving on both Steam Early Access and Xbox One via the Xbox Game Preview program before the end of Q1 2018, which ends on March 31.
