The hype for Call of Duty: WWII's zombies mode keeps getting bigger and bigger! Today publisher Activision and developer Sledgehammer Games announced that Doctor Who star David Tennant will be starring in the upcoming zombies mode for the game reportedly titled Army of the Dead. After the reveal trailer for the mode leaked earlier today, Sledgehammer took to the game's official Twitter page to announce the news that Tennant will be playing a character named Drostan Hynd. Whether or not this was the character that was narrating the leaked trailer is yet to be seen.

Army of the Undead is set to be officially revealed at San Diego Comic Con, on July 20th, 2017.

Last week, Glen Schofield, the co-founder of Sledgehammer Games, tweeted an image of a flesh-covered piece of metal, which was meant to hint at Army of the Undead.
