Long regarded as one of the all-time classics in the adventure genre, Day of the Tentacle is about to return in remastered form on PlayStation and PC, and now it appears that the HD re-release of the cult classic is only a few weeks away from re-appearing.

In a pre-order update on GOG, Day of the Tentacle Remastered has been confirmed for release on March 22nd, 2016, with pre-orders for the PC version of the game now available on GOG. Those who pre-order between now and March 22nd, 2016 will be able to grab the game at a discounted 10% off, with the game’s full retail price to be $14.99 at launch, and including a set of three exclusive wallpapers with pre-orders.

Double Fine Productions also confirmed in a statement to Kotaku that the PS4 and PS Vita versions of Day of the Tentacle Remastered will also be releasing on March 22nd, 2016, with the title to support Cross-Buy between the PS4 and PS Vita versions. A 10% discount will also be available for pre-orders through the PlayStation Store, along with a new PlayStation 4 theme as an added bonus.

Pre-orders for the game are not available just yet on the PlayStation Store, but stay tuned for an update here once pre-orders for the PlayStation versions are live.

Day of the Tentacle Remastered will release for PS4, PS Vita, and PC on March 22nd, 2016.
