Zombie Studios’ Daylight looks to continue the trend of terrifyingly realistic first-person horror games, and luckily its waiting for you just around the corner.

Revealed during a video walkthrough of the game on IGN with Zombie Studios director Jarred Gerritzen, the first-person survival-horror game will be seeing release this coming April for PS4 and PC, following its previously unknown release date only being for “early 2014.” Taking place in an abandoned hospital and providing the player with a smartphone for a compass and flashlight to navigate (and survive), Daylight will be a unique horror showpiece for the next-gen consoles, in addition to also supporting the Oculus Rift VR headset (in case you weren’t already going to have nightmares).

Stay tuned for more details of an exact release date for Daylight on PS4 and PC this coming April.
