Dead or Alive: Last Round is currently at the seventh season pass, and apparently it will be the last.

Today, during a livestream from Tokyo Game Show, Producer Yosuke Hayashi announced that DLC releases for the game will end in 2017. Considering that the last batch coming with the current season pass is scheduled in December, it means that no more will come.

Given that the latest Season Pass brought the total DLC price for the game to $633, I would say that's good enough.

That being said, Hayashi-san mentioned that the development team is preparing for the future, encouraging the fans to keep cheering them on.

He did not specify whether this "future" involves a new Dead or Alive game or not, so all we can do for now is waiting and hoping.

This isn't the only Dead or Alive 5: Last Round news we got today, as we also heard that the Core Fighters version has surpassed ten million downloads.
