Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 has been out for quite a while for Ps4 and PS Vita, but Koei Tecmo keeps updating it at a very steady pace.

They just released update 1.12, that brings some bug fixes and a new "Mystery Key" item.

The new item, that can be purchased on the owner's shop, basically locks the outfit on a girl preventing her to change her clothes. It's unlocked at Owner Level 69.

On top of that, a new outfit has been released, and as usual it can be earned with Zack Dollars grinded in game. It's a nurse uniform named Clione. In order to get it, you can find the catalogue download here for PS4 and here for PS vita (for the Asian version in English, Japanese downloads are easy to find on the dedicated PlayStation Store).
