Today DMM and Koei Tecmo released a new update and event in their PC game Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation.
The event is aptly titled “Venus Valentine” and it’s a bit more complex than what players have becomes accustomed to.
In the event page, there will be a list of requests for each lady you unlocked, numbered from one to 23. Once each request has been fulfilled (while using that girl as your “ace”), it will unlock the related reward. By Unlocking all 23 request for each girl, you’ll get a special scene.
Requests include clearing certain event matches, giving the girl a certain gift, or taking a picture of her with a certain swimsuit and pose. In this case, reading Japanese really helps, but if you don’t, you can probably get by with the Google Translate app that lets you take a picture of text and translates it.
Even if you don’t bother with the requests, you can still earn Trend Tickets and tokens simply by accumulating score. The tokens let you unlock various rewards including pose cards, a Valentine studio background, and special ribbon accessories.
The Trend Tickets can be used with the event gacha, which includes the outfit you probably already imagined if you’re a fan of the series (it’s recycled from Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 like most outfits in this game so far). More trend tickets can also be acquired via a login bonus.
This week’s gacha includes both the “For You” costume in red and the “Thank You” costume in white, respectively SSR and SR. There is also a special gacha dedicated to the new heroine Luna, with a higher chance for her costume, and as such to unlock her, but this one is restricted to the use of paid V-Stones. You can check out all the girls wearing the outfits in the trailer and screenshots at the bottom of the post. And yeah, they’re probably gonna be considered unsafe for work in most workplaces.
The event will be available until February 22nd, so you have quite a bit of time to fulfill all of your girls’ requests. After all, we all know that in Dead or Alive Xtreme, the life of the “owner” of the island is actually a life of endless servitude.
On top of the event, we also get update 1.11.00, which brings a few minor tweaks and bug fixes.
