Dead or Alive 5: Last Round is definitely a game that pushes the "fanservice" button quite often with its soft engine and skimpy costumes, but there still is a thing it doesn't do: destructible clothes.

I should have added "for now," as the feature is coming, as announced by Producer Yosuke Hayashi during a livestream on Nico Nico.

To be more precise, it will come this March for a package of DLC costumes in crossover with the Senran Kagura series, for which destructible clothes are basically a trademark feature.

Hayashi-san also showcased the first screenshot of the costumes during the livestream, giving us the first glimpse on Asuka and Mirai's costumes, even if they're still whole in the picture.  You can see it below.

Could this become a regular feature in the Dead or Alive series? Time will tell, but I wouldn't be one bit surprised.
