Dead or Alive Paradise Has Gratuitous Written All Over It

January 23, 2010

Naturally, we would expect nothing less from this spin-off franchise, right?  Sure, I write articles about how I think it’s a bit childish that gratuitous sex and violence is thrown in games willy-nilly, but hey, sometimes it’s just fun and obviously sexy to do so.  This is just the right way to melt the ice outside, especially if you live in the Midwest right now, like I do.  Take a look at these screens from Tecmo’s upcoming PSP titles Dead or Alive Paradise, which came out of the new Famitsu.  It’s all about girls in bikinis jumping, running, whipping their hair around in slow motion.  You get the idea, especially if you’ve seen the standard Dead or Alive vollyball games of the past.  Oh, I’ve also included a video trailer for the game.  It’s in Japanese, but these visuals transcend all language barriers, if you know what I mean.

Tecmo current expects a North American release of Dead or Alive Paradise in the spring.
