While digital download titles are on sale left and right lately through services like Steam, XBLA, and PSN, curiously a selection of titles coming from the collaborations of Marvel and Activision have been delisted from these platforms coming into the new year.

In particular, the recently-released Deadpool from High Moon Studios was pulled on December 31st, along with a selection of other titles developed in cooperation between Marvel and Activision, such as X-Men: OriginsX-Men: DestinySpider-Man: Web of Shadows, as a result of the license agreement between the two studios expiring with the end of the year. With the license agreement running until December 31st, digital copies of these titles produced between Activision and Marvel are now being delisted from Steam, XBLA, and PSN, although retail copies will still be available at retailers.
