Following the spectacular gameplay reveal of Death Stranding at Sony Interactive Entertainment's press conference, the house of PlayStation sent in an official press kit with a batch of screenshots of the game.

All the screenshots are shot on a PS4 Pro in 4K, and they look absolutely spectacular, showing the new characters introduced yesterday, played by Léa Seydoux and Sandy Wagner.

On top of them, we get a look at the extreme environments of the game, which seem both familiar and alien at the same time, and at the model of the protagonist as well. He seems to be a porter tasked with making deliveries in areas difficult to reach... on foot. It certainly seems to be unusual for a game, but it looks great.

If you want to see more about Death Stranding, you can enjoy the previous video presented at The Game Awards in 2017, the amazing key art shared by Hideo Kojima himself,  some tech work done on the engine, the first trailer that introduced the game to the world, and the second trailer from 2016.

Of course, this isn’t the only news coming from Sony Interactive Entertainment’s press conference, and you can check everything out in the official video recording.
