Last September, KeokeN released Deliver Us The Moon: Fortuna on PC via Steam. Since then, they have been chipping away at the Tombaugh story expansion that will wrap up the game's plot and coincide with the game's launch on consoles. Today, the developer not only revealed that the game is poised to be completed and delivered on consoles in 2019, but that Wired Productions is attached to publish Deliver Us the Moon now as well. Check out the game's latest trailer below:

Previously, publisher Starbreeze was attached to the project but that partnership ended on good terms last August prior to Starbreeze's tumultuous late 2019 and early 2020. As for Wired Productions, Game Director Koen Deetman says "Reaching your game's full potential and getting it out there on the market is tough. The games industry is a wasteland filled with cowboys, and in this landscape it's hard to find honest, passionate, real and hardworking people that are able to make the difference for your product. That is exactly why we found home in the UK with the great folks at Wired Productions."

Wired Productions is also happy about partnering with KeokeN on Deliver Us The Moon as it is a topical game thanks to both the climate change discussion and the fact that 2019 is the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing. In case you haven't heard about the game, Deliver Us The Moon is an atmospheric (pun intended) adventure game where players are trying to restore power to facilities on the moon that were being used to combat the climate change crisis but went dark several years prior. It's reception was a bit mixed last year due to its abrupt ending, so hopefully the addition of Tombaugh will wrap things up well and bring people around to liking the game more.

Thankfully, Tombaugh is also set to be free for those who already own the game on PC when it comes out later this year. Deliver Us the Moon is poised to release for PS4 and Xbox One in 2019 now as well thanks to Wired Productions. Below, you can check out some brand new screenshots for the game.
