Demon Slayer Season 2 Short Recap

In the previous Demon Slayer episode, we saw Tanjiro and others going deeper in their dreams, making things difficult for them in real life. Rengoku, who is still under the spell, stops the girl from destroying his spiritual core. Meanwhile, Inosuke and Zenitsu are still having a good time in their dreams without realizing the danger they are facing. And finally, Tanjiro understands that he has to wake up to save Nezuko and puts the sword on his neck to make a difficult choice.

Demon Slayer S2 E4 Preview

Ufotable revealed that the official title of the upcoming Demon Slayer episode will be “Insults.” We also have a new image to tease the upcoming episode:

The previous anime episode focused on Tanjiro realizing that he is dreaming. Also, the thought of his sister being alone in the real world forces him to take a risk. At the end of the episode, Tanjiro decides to wake up from his dream by killing himself. So, it’s evident that the next episode will show Tanjiro and Rengoku waking up to go against the Demon.

How Many Episodes Does Demon Slayer Season 2 Have?

Several reports suggest that the second season of Demon Slayer will feature 18 episodes. Season 1 of the anime series had 26 episodes, so the second season being shorter is indeed disappointing for fans. On top of that, the first seven episodes of Season 2 will be nothing but the Infinity Train arc. So, fans who’ve watched the Mugen Train movie only have eleven episodes to look forward to in Season 2.
