FromSoftware’s PlayStation VR Game Déraciné Shows its Eerie Atmosphere in First Screenshots

FromSoftware's new PlayStation VR exclusive Déraciné looks eerie and extremely interesting in its first batch of screenshots.

During yesterday’s E3 2018 press conference hosted by Sony Interactive Entertainment, we got the reveal of another game by Dark Souls creator FromSoftware, and it’s the PlayStation VR title Déraciné.

Today the house of PlayStation followed up with the first batch of screenshots and the key artwork. The game may be very different from the usual brutality of FromSoftware’s games, but it certainly retains their eerie atmosphere. We get to see both environments and characters, and they look definitely intriguing.

The game is about a spirit summoned by a young girl in a boarding school, with the player tasked to prove its existence to the students and form a bond with them.
