Say hello to Frozen Cortex, a strategy game coming to PC via Steam Early Access on February 19th.

In honor of this news, Mode 7 released both a trailer of the game featuring footage and a "Designer's Notes" video which further details the mechanics of the game.

In addition to this, Frozen Cortex was also given a single-player update, and will receive another update when the game releases.
