Destination PlayStation had “A Handful of Fun Surprises,” E3 2014 “Really Has Potential” According to Insider

The retailer-only event Destination PlayStation has come and gone this year, but apparently the net was extremely tight this year, and we got very little leaked information.

Yet insider┬áJohn Harker from NeoGAF, who is known not to speak much, but to talk true when he does, mentioned that there were a “handful of fun surprises,” and that he’s “excited for E3 this year” which will be the 11th he’ll attend. Normally what’s shown at Destination PlayStation to retailers only is then unveiled to the public at E3.

According to him there’s a lot of potential in this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo:

This year really has potential tho, fo’ real.

In the meanwhile things seem to be still a bit in the air at Microsoft, with Head of Microsoft Game Studios Phil Spencer responding on Twitter to a fan asking how many surprises should we expect from Redmond’s first party teams.

Not sure yet. Ask me again in May.

I’m pretty sure Spencer is on for a lot of questions come May. In the meanwhile if you want to read what little has surfaced from Destination PlayStation you can find it here and here.
