With Destiny 2 around the bend, PlayStation has unveiled a new theme that should ensure that your console is prepared for the game’s launch next Wednesday. While you can currently preload the game onto your console to ensure that you are ready to play when midnight rolls around on September 6, you can install this new Vanguard theme now.

The dynamic theme features heroic poses of the game’s Vanguard: Zavala, Cayde-6, and Ikora. It even features Hawthorne and her hawk Louis, the game’s antagonist Dominus Ghaul, and of course, The Traveler. You can also listen so some of the game’s iconic operatic music while you browse through your console’s menu.

To unlock the theme, fans must complete a quest on the PlayStation website which requires them to watch the “Destiny 2 – Countdown to Lauch at PS Store | PS4″ video. Other quests, which can also be completed by watching videos, can net players other exclusives such as a Cayde-6 avatar, entry into the PS4 Pro Sweepstakes, as well as avatars for Hawthorne and Zavala.

The theme is, sadly, only available to players in North America.

Destiny 2 releases on September 6 for Xbox One and PS4, and on October 24 for PC. You can read up on the launch times for the game and its major activities here, as well as check out some of DualShockers’ exclusive preview coverage on the EDZ, including Heroic Public Events, Lost Sectors, and Adventures.
