Destiny 2’s next Trials of Osiris map and rewards are slated to arrive every Friday, but will there be a Trials today?

This week was quite happening for Destiny 2 fans, as there was some interesting stuff happening around the game. The latest Season, Season of the Lost kicked off in the game, adding tons of new weapons, quests, and a lot more.

Quite notable of all was the introduction of crossplay, which should give a significant boost to the game’s player count. Players can now team up with their friends on other platforms and try out a number of game modes, with the competitive modes having certain restrictions for PC players.

Then there was the Destiny showcase, which hyped up the entire community for the upcoming expansion, The Witch Queen. The most notable change in the upcoming update is the arrival of the weapon crafting feature. While the release is still far away, it could change things for the game.

Is there Trials of Osiris today?

The weekly event, Trials of Osiris, is a great way to get some good rewards by taking part in PvP matches. Players need to just make sure they don’t lose thrice in a row, and rewards are given out and 3,5, and 7 wins.

The rewards and map are revealed at 5 pm GMT every Friday, but this week, we will not be getting Trials of Osiris. Trials of Osiris will be returning on 10th September 2021. Moreover, Trials of Osiris will now be only available for players who have the annual expansion.
