Destiny Age of Triumph Launch Trailer Arrives Ahead of Next Week's Event

While Destiny 2 may be rumored to be revealed soon, the original game is getting some new content next week.

Bungie recently released a new launch trailer for the next Destiny event Age of Triumph, which begins next week.

Age of Triumph will be the final event for the original Destiny and is less about new content and more about providing longtime players with an opportunity to make one last go-around. Of course, that isn’t to say there won’t be anything new to Age of Triumph. Upgrades such as new armor, raid gear, weapons, and the “biggest record book ever” will be included in this event. Also added will be the ability to go back and play all of the raids throughout the game’s history. Yes, that includes the Vault of Glass.

This new trailer comes just a few days after we saw a leaked poster of what is potentially Destiny 2. We know that Destiny 2 is on track to come out later this year, but we still have yet to see a reveal trailer or any other footage. There’s a good chance that this will change though at some point over the next few weeks.

While this event isn’t all that big, it will at least provide hardcore Destiny players with something to do until Destiny 2 potentially releases later this year. You can check out the launch trailer for Age of Triumph below and begin playing it next week on March 28.
