After two expansions and a brand new one coming later this year in The Taken King, Destiny has continued to hook players with its cycle of quests, raids, strikes, and challenges, and if you happen to drink Red Bull energy drinks, a new promotion coming this year will not only give you more energy to play Destiny, but also an exclusive quest.

Red Bull has announced through its official website that a new promotion will be taking place later this year in collaboration with Activision and Bungie in time for Destiny's upcoming expansion, The Taken King, releasing in September of this year.

The new promotion will offer anyone that purchases cans of Red Bull with two bonus items, the first being Focused Light, a one-time use consumable that will offer 50% bonus experience for a period of 30min. Specially marked cans will each offer bonus experience and multiple codes can be redeemed, but only one code with the bonus experience item can be used at a time.

Red Bull will also be offering a second bonus to purchasers in the form of an exclusive quest for Destiny's The Taken King expansion: the exclusive quest will be available on September 15th, 2015 coinciding with The Taken King's release the same day. The new quest will be a multi-stage quest that "will test the speed and strategic abilities of Destiny players in new ways."

The new quest from Red Bull is exclusive to the company until December 31st, 2015, meaning that by next year the quest could be available to all players starting in 2016. Red Bull cans featuring the bonus XP items and exclusive quest will be going to 7-Eleven retail stores starting in July, and to other retailers in August.

Destiny is available now for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360.
