Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’s First PC Patch Fixes Sporadic Crashing

on August 24, 2016 10:07 PM

While I managed to play through Deus Ex: Mankind Divided on PlayStation 4 without issue, the same can’t be said for PC players. Within the week following launch, a chunk of PC players have reported the game crashing — notoriously right in the intro sequences. Eidos Montreal has been working around the clock to address the issues, starting with Patch 524.7 which will bring and end to many crashes.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided launched on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on August 23, 2016. Check out the full patch notes below:

• Fixed crashes caused by third-party programs interfering with the game.
• Fixed crash that occurred after viewing the intro videos.
• Fixed issue that could cause a crash at the end of the Prague intro scene.
• Fixed mouse invert setting not being displayed correctly in the options menu.
