Developer Techland Wants Your Help in Making Dying Light’s Expansion The Following

The folks over at Techland want you to help them in making Dying Light’s upcoming expansion, The Following.

They have announced a contest that will allow people to send them a 200-word-maximum message, which will be featured in a mission set in an abandoned post office. The messages will be spread across the floor, so I think a lot of submissions may get approved.

The messages are supposedly from people who are in the Quarantine Zone, which means your message can be about that final goodbye you didn’t have time to deliver, a warning to other people, or even a love letter you hope will¬†be found by the right person. See, we have come up with three already in this post alone.

Producer Tymon Smektala expressed his happiness in letting fans of the game actually be a part of it. Although, he knows what kind of pictures are coming for him.

“We’ve already seen what fans can do when creating awesome stuff for us, so we found a cool little way to let them actually be a part of the story and have their efforts and names appear in our game forever. Just no dick pics, please.”

Make sure to check out the full terms and conditions for the contest through here.

My main and favorite thing to do in my life is play video games on my PS4 and admire the work that has been done in each game whether it's an AAA or an indie. Games are games no matter how many people develop it, it's the passion and hard work behind it. I am a crazy fan of Game of Thrones and love to read National Geographic magazines.
