Capcom just released Devil May Cry 5 less than a week ago and now the publisher is ready to reveal when the latest content for the game in the form of the Bloody Palace will be arriving.

Originally announced back in December, Capcom said that the Bloody Palace would be coming to Devil May Cry 5 in April. Turns out, they meant very early April. It was announced today that the Bloody Palace will arrive on April 1. It will be available as a free update for all who own DMC5 and will drop simultaneously across all platforms. As of now, this is the only post-launch DLC for Devil May Cry 5 that is planned to arrive.

If you're unfamiliar with what the Bloody Palace will entail in Devil May Cry 5, it is essentially a survival mode that will see you taking on hordes of enemies from the game. Enemies will grow more powerful the more you play and you'll be in a constant race against the clock to make sure that you wipe out all baddies before the timer ticks down. You can also play as all three of Devil May Cry 5's protagonists--Dante, Nero, and V--in this game mode. Basically, if you want to continue doing nothing more than experience the gameplay of DMC5 in a format other than the game's main path missions, then the Bloody Palace will be for you.

Devil May Cry 5 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you haven't read our review of the game yet, you can do so right now.
