Today Capcom Germany announced on its official blog that both Devil May Cry 5 and the Resident Evil 2 remake will be playable at Gamescom in Cologne.

To be precise, both games will be featured at the Xbox booth in hall 8 of the venue.

We get more info on the Devil May Cry 5 demo, which will be playable for the first time at the event. It will feature Nero, and it will be set on the streets of Red Grave City.

Game Director Hideaki Itsuno himself will be present at Gamescom and he will be available to sign autographs, with more details on this coming down the line.

Gamescom will be held in Cologne, Germany, between August 21st and August 25th, and DualShockers will be at the venue ready to bring you all the juicy details.

If you're not able to attend Gamescom, Resident Evil 2 will also be playable at EGX Berlin in September.
