Devil May Cry HD Collection Available Now...Four Days in Advance

By Kenneth Richardson

March 30, 2012

My God. I was just in GameStop earlier today. If I knew what I know now, I would have came home with the Devil May Cry HD Collection. I might sound crazy since everybody knows that the game shouldn’t be available until Tuesday, April 3rd, but I’m not. Really! Capcom has given retailers the go ahead to break the game’s street date and put it on store shelves right away.

No reason has been given for this unusual and expected move, but I don’t think anyone cares. The game is out, and that’s all that matters. In case you haven’t been keeping up with our ongoing coverage of the title, let me remind you that it will include the first three Devil May Cry titles in HD, with trophy/achievement support and more stuff not in the originals.
