Devolver Digital Announces Stories Untold for PC; Coming February 27, 2017

Today, after a long series of teasing tweets, publisher Devolver Digital and Scotland-based developer No Code announced Stories Untold, a PC game with heavy Stranger Things vibes that is set to release February 27, 2017.

Details on the title are currently scarce, but the pair did provide the following pitch:

Stories Untold is a compilation tape of four episodes from the now cancelled series of the same name, including a remaster of the original pilot episode “The House Abandon.”

For those that don’t know, The House Abandon is a cult-hit text adventure game. Specifically, it’s a short horror game where you play a text adventure on an old CRT monitor in an eerie house. In the game, the environment changes depending on your actions. It’s a neat text adventure game, and worth checking out, especially because its free.

The poster for the game, was created by Kyle Lambert, who also designed the poster for the Netflix series Stranger Things. You can check it out below, as well as the game’s first teaser trailer:
