Indie to mid-sized publisher Devolver Digital joined the big leagues with an announcement of their first E3 press conference a few weeks back. Now they have confirmed the times for the event that will be broadcast on June 12 at 1am EST. This news comes from the company's Twitch page detailing the an 'Pre Pre Show' before E3. Not surprisingly, the event will be viewable via Twitch for this massive 11 hour event.

As the description starts out: "'The First Ever Second Pre Pre Show' is an all-night, high-energy E3 celebration of gaming culture, indie devs, comedy and film."

The event will begin with the 'Mega Press Conference' and then go into exclusive gameplay content from SEGA, Raw Fury Games, Adult Swim, and other unannounced companies. The remainder of the early morning broadcast will celebrate Devolver Digital's love of film with a B-movie mini-marathon with Troma Entertainment's Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD and CineCoup's Wolf Cop.

There will also be musical acts including Mystery Skulls, Death from Above 1979, Daedelus, and WAVVES who will be showcasing a new music video. Hosts for the event include Twitch personalities Jon Carnage and FuturemanGaming and a promise of some unexpected celebrity appearances.

While the info on the actual gaming side of the 'Mega Press Conference' was light, it's safe to assume that there will be a decent amount of indie love represented: Devolver Digital is best known for the cult hit series Serious Sam and more recently, another throwback to 90s shooters with Strafe. Adult Swim's presence will also cement a place for more interesting (and frequently violent) titles as they recently published Rise and Shine and Double Fine's Headlander.

But SEGA's inclusion and the fact that this is a large E3 event suggests that the company might have some big news to announce. I'll leave the speculation to you the readers but I can say I'm excited to see what Devolver Digital has in store. I just don't know if I'll have the strength to stay up all night on June 12th.
